Boiler condensate tank replacement for Defence Construction Canada: 60″ ID x 20’4″ overall length with 3/8″ wall thickness. Pressure rating 70 psi @ 400°F.
Created calculation drawing and technical documentation packages in accordance with ASME Code. Tank was fabricated, NDE performed, pressure tested, coated (interior and exterior) and barged. Pressure retaining welds were 100% RT (X-ray) inspected and tested prior to final pressure testing.
